What Is Ugi?
Ugi is a 30-minute workout that combines strength, cardio and core training into an enjoyable, challenging fitness program.

Each Ugi ball is fifteen inches in diameter and comes in various weights depending on your needs. The Ugi ball is so versatile that it will work in pretty much any room and since it is attractively designed, you will not feel the need to put it away when you’re done.

- put two days together to make a one-hour total body workout, three days a week
