Time Savers – Apple Oatmeal In A Jar


Looking for ways to save time and eat a nutritious meal. Food prep is the key. Creating multiple days worth of meals in one go saves time and allows you to have healthy meals throughout the week.

Here is a recipe for Apple Oatmeal In A Jar.


  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 cups unsweetened applesauce
  • 3 cups water


  • 1 Medium Bowl
  • 6 Mason Jars with lids

Combine – Oats, Spice Mix and applesauce in a medium bowl.
Distribute mixture in the 6 Mason Jars and add 1/2 cup of water to each
Cover the jars and place in the refrigerator overnight.
When ready to serve, heat the prepared oatmeal or enjoy it cold.
