Wednesday’s Workout – Thom’s 10 – 10 minutes for 10 Days Challenge

Want to get in the great shape doing a 10 minute workout.  I have put together a 10 minute, 10 day challenge to get you started.  I introduced the Thom’s 10 back in 2011 and I thought it was a great time to bring it back.

I know that many people watching will not have all the equipment, so just try and improvise with whatever you have or go to Target or Walmart and pick up some of the items.

Below is a list of items that will allow you to do the exercises

  • Pull-Up Bar
  • A set of Dumbbells (An adjustable set is better)
  • Push-up Bars
  • Medicine Ball
  • Kettlebell
  • Timer with an alarm that can be set to go off every 30 seconds

3 sets of 5-8 exercises

Set 1 (30 Seconds for each exercise – 4 minutes)

  • Pull-ups
  • Wall Stand Pushups
  • Dumbbell Curls
  • Triceps Curls
  • Kettlebell Swings
  • Ugi Ball/Medicine Ball
  • Ugi Ball Pushups
  • Standing Crunches

Set 2 (30 Seconds for each exercise – 3 minutes, 30 seconds)

  • Pull-ups
  • Wall Stand Pushups
  • Dumbbell Curls
  • Triceps Curls
  • Kettlebell Swings
  • Ugi Ball/Medicine Ball
  • Pushups

Set 3 (30 Seconds for each exercise – 2 minutes, 30 seconds)

  • Pull-ups
  • Dumbbell Curls
  • Triceps Curls
  • Ugi Ball/Medicine Ball
  • Pushups

If you want to really push it go for more sets or add more routines or both.
