PR Soles – Recovery Sandals

PR Soles Recovery Sandals 1Whenever we attend The Running Event that is held here in Austin Texas, we are always finding some really cool products to talk about.  PR SOLES are just such a product.  PR SOLES were developed and designed specifically for runner in mind to provide the most comfortable post-run footwear option out there.

The sandal’s main function is to promote recovery of sore and tired feet by using cushioned Acupoints to speed recovery.  These acupoints penetrate areas on the bottom of the foot, essentially giving you a massage as you walk.  It’s a very appealing experience, especially after a hard run.

What’s cool about the PR SOLES is they are extremely lightweight, breathable, waterproof.  They are sort of like Crocs, but even better due to the cushioned ACUPOINTS.  We are not sure what these will be like when the weather is really hot, but on cold days, the foot bed is really comfy and seems to keep your foot warmer than you might think.  The material also seems like it will last a while.  I have had mine on multiple days and the material seems to be holding up perfectly.  Heck I have even walked the pugs a few times with them. :-)

How do PR SOLES work? These unique raised ‘triggers’ on the acupoint soles activate nerve endings in the feet that send healing relief through the entire body. These triggers are specially designed to massage your feet improving circulation and breaking up painful lactic acid and uric acid that accumulate in the feet after a run or any extended time on your feet.

Recover Faster and Smarter By slipping on PR||SOLES after a run or activity. the triggers will immediately engage your feet to increase circulation and nerve stimulation which benefits the entire body. Here are just a few of the benefits of applying massaging action to the feet :

  • Improves circulation by stimulating blood flow, which will refresh the feet and legs.
  • Breaks up accumulated wastes such as lactic and uric acid in the feet.
  • Alleviates foot, leg and lower back pain
  • Reduces swelling and tension
  • Stimulates nerve endings benefiting the entire body
  • Feet and legs recover fasterated wastes such as lactic and uric acid in the feet.

The PR SOLES retail for $29.99, so will not break the bank.  The only negative I can find is they are made in China.  If these were made in the US, they would be even better.  Color selection is limited (Blue with Pink for ladies and Orange for men).  Adding some other colors to the mix would make them fun.  I am thinking Purple or Blue ACUPOINTS would look killer.

We are thinking we might like these even better than our Sole Sport Slides.  They are certainly warmer in the winter.
