Network Spinal Analysis A Non-Force Chiropractic Approach
Network Spinal Analysis, A Less Invasive Approach
I am always excited to announce new fitness related businesses here in Austin Texas, especially when they involve health and wellness. There is a new office that opened up in South Austin called Network Spinal Analysis, a non-force Chiropractic approach to healing.
Network Spinal Analysis In A Nutshell
The non-force Chiropractic approach known as Network Spinal Analysis uses light touch to initiate a response in the body, which moves the body away from sympathetic (fight or flight) and into para sympathetic(relaxation). This means that the adjustments create a state of relaxation, removing the current stress that we all live in day to day. In the relaxed state, the spine is able to unwind, allowing the brain to re-create new healing patterns and strategies to support the change.
Bottom line is that patients are seeing really positive results from Network Spinal Analysis techniques.
Personally I never enjoyed having my neck “cracked” or the thought of manually being “structurally adjusted” through force. This isn’t the case with Network Spinal Analysis. My fiancé and I have have been adjusted several times using this technique and strongly support it.
The non-force Chiropractic approach is relativity new, in the field of Chiropractic care, so there aren’t that many practitioners using this method or even know about it. As such, your choices are limited in most cities. Thanks to Austin being such a fitness town, there are actually three people who practice this technique here. As it turns out, one of my really good friends, Dr. Lee, who also contributes to EndTheTrendNow, uses this approach.

“Life is meant to be extra-ordinary. Our bodies are meant to be vital and like a candle, burn brightly until their final moment. Nature never makes anything without a purpose and never leaves out what is necessary. Therefore, vital health and wellness are simply incorporating the laws of nature into our daily lives. Our body is the instrument through which we express our self. Therefore, in order to be the fullest expression of who we are, we must honor and nurture our body.”
