Level 3 is designed for the experienced athlete who wants to continue to improve themselves through education, nutrition and exercise. Just for the record, I consider myself a Level 3 athlete, but probably level 2 as far as nutrition goes. I am always looking for ways to improve my performances, be it cycling, running or any number of activities. I do this by educating myself on ways to improve my nutrition, train smarter and recover faster than my competition.
