The GYMBOSS interval timer is a small, easy to use, repeating interval timer. The GYMBOSS multi-use timer has many versatile functions that make it beneficial to virtually any type of exercise program.

The GYMBOSS is really useful when you want to do any type of circuit exercise program where you have a defined number of seconds/minutes between sets.  With the GYMBOSS, you can define intervals and alarms, which will go off at preset times, giving you an audible alert or vibration to switch exercises.

I first discovered this rather simple device on the BodyRock.TV website.  ZuZana from BodyRock.TV uses the GYMBOSS quite effectively during her 12 minute workout videos.

GYMBOSS now has another unit called the Minimax.  Below are the features for both.  The Minimax seems to be a much more useful unit with the inclusion of many more interval timers.
